Welcome to my studio! Thank you for your interest. To give you the best experience, please note the following:
There will be no shoes allowed on practice floor, please place your shoes and items in the cubbies upon entrance.
There will be no video recording during sessions. This is to ensure that the practice space is comfortable for all clients and that the session will not be disrupted. You are allowed to take photos and videos of yourself after the session ends as long as you are mindful of the transition times of the next session.
Please silence all devices
No extra people are allowed in the studio during sessions.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO CLASS?
Children between 8 and 17 years of age, when accompanied by an adult, may take a daily Yoga class. Reservations must be made. Parent or legal guardian must sign liability form.
If your child needs to sit in the waiting area, the child must be of age and not disruptive of the session. The parent must notify the instructor and ensure that the child can stay quiet during the session without disturbing any of the clients or instructors.
LATE POLICY
No latecomers please. We can not make any exceptions.
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Be mindful of other students who want to take a class but a spot is being held by a student who has not-shown or late-canceled.
CANCELLATIONS
(Single Class, Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships)
In-Person Classes: You must cancel your class 2 hours or more prior to class start time in order to un-reserve your spot and have it returned to your account.
LATE-CANCEL
In-Person Classes: If you late-cancel less than 2 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged or forfeit the class. Late charge applies to your credit card on file or added as a negative balance on your account. Your class will not be returned to your account. If you are a no-show (you did not cancel) you forfeit your class. No exceptions.
NO-SHOWS
For Single Drop-In Classes and Class Packages:
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will be deducted from your account.
For Unlimited Memberships:
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you may be charged.
It would be unfair to a fellow student who may have wanted to take a class and the spot was held; And it’s good karma.
All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file or added to your account.
New Students
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class start time for the benefit of your practice, teacher, and other students.
We understand occasionally a late arrival is unavoidable. However, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for an hour class or 10 minutes for a longer class, it would be too disturbing to your practice and the class to attend.
We encourage students to bring their own mat and props they may like. Suggested are a yoga block, blanket, strap, and bolster. We do have loaner props, simply sanitize them after use.
As with all studios, no fragrance of any kind, please.
And, of course, If you are not feeling well, please stay home.
In-Studio attendance is limited, for appropriate spacing. Preregistration is strongly suggested. It will assure you a place in the class AND if we need to cancel a class less than 24 hours, we will notify you.
Walks ins are welcomed but you will have to pay on the app, we do not and will not carry cash.
