Hey y'all! My name is Shonice Saint-Jean. I am a native of Zwolle, Louisiana. After obtaining my professional degrees from Grambling State University, I began to further my education and pursue health and fitness. I obtained multiple fitness certifications; Levels one through four yoga fit certification, Pilates Certification, and Zumba Certification. I recently obtained my teacher certification in December 2022 and am currently registered with Yoga Alliance.
To date, I have completed 100 hours of continued educational training. I have also led over 2,000 hours of meditation, breathwork, yoga classes, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence workshops. About three years ago, I decided to create a business that would allow ALL people to be the very best version of themselves.
It has been a journey of hard work, love, and dedication. It took me a while to find my passion, and it wasn't easy, but thankfully, I am surrounded by amazing people who pushed me to grow beyond my professional education and career. Today I am so grateful for living my wildest dreams.
Today I am grateful to God for all my mentors and teachers along the way. I am humbled to do what I love while being able to inspire people to connect more deeply with their bodies and to focus on their overall health. The beautiful thing about following your purpose is that it will always lead you where you need to be.
